Our construction service area is South East Queensland, from Caboolture in the north, Ipswich in the west, the Gold Coast in the south and Redland Bay in the east. In addition to providing a free Quotation and Specification, we also provide a full service to our Clients which include (if required) consultation with design, supplying plans for council approval, full on-site construction requirements including all labour and materials and the final clean up. Disability Modifications is more than a construction business - we also distribute several products. Disability Modifications is the only authorised Queensland Distributor of the Australian designed The Stepless Showerbase. As well as designing and constructing Access Ramps either in timber, concrete, steel or modular, we now also provide an Modular Access Ramp Hire Service. Disability Modifications also distributes disability equipment such as grabrails, hand-showers etc to Clients in the Outback who find it hard to obtain these products locally.
